Reservation procedure

1. Fill in the booking form.
2. Submit the booking form.
3. You receive an automatic reply confirming your submission. This is tentative reservation.
4. Our booking confirmation will reach you within 24 hours.
   * Sometimes our e-mail will be delivered into your Trash box as spam email.
   * If you haven't received our reply within 24 hours, please check your Trash box.
5. Please reply email to us.
6. Booking is confirmed.
7. Arrival at Narita International Airport.
8. Meet our driver at the arrival gate with your name on a sign.
   
9. Airport transfer to your hotel by limousine car  as  booked.
10. If you haven't settled payment by Paypal online in advance, our staff will wait at the hotel lobby and collect the fare with the receipt.
