If we miss your driver at the arrival gate, what we can do?

please ask our Tokyo office staff for instructions by phone.

Q:
If our arrival flight has been delayed, will the driver return to the office?
A:
Definitely NOT. Our driver will inform the office about the delay details, and he will wait until the guests come to the arrival gate.

Q:
If we cancel after we having booked and settled payment by Paypal, what can you do?
A:
Once we receive the information regarding the cancellation, we settle a refund of the amount we received from you in 2 days through Paypal. However, the commission for Paypal will be deducted.

Q:
How to find my driver at the arrival gate?
A:
Your driver is waiting with your name on a sign. It is very easy to find your name there.

Q:
What happens if we are unable to take the expected flight to Japan?
A:
Please send an e-mail to our TOKYO office immediately or call. If we receive the cancellation up to 24 hours before your arrival, we don't charge any cancellation fee. We refund the amount by Paypal immidiately for you. But the exchange fee and Paypal charges shall be deducted automatically.
